Kurt Cobain Memorial Project

-- In The News --
New Book:
Kurt Cobain: Oh Well, Whatever, Nevermind, is now available. A percentage of the author’s royalties from sales will be donated to the Kurt Cobain Memorial Committee.

Our Welcome to Aberdeen: Come As You Are sign was featured in two recent high-profile projects:
  • It was pictured in a book called “The Absolutely Worst Places to Live in America” by someone who obviously doesn’t know anything about Aberdeen.
  • And, it was the $500 question in a recent episode of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?” For the record, the question was: "The sign, Welcome to Aberdeen, Come As You Are" is at the entrance of the hometown of which music icon?" There were three incorrect answers -- Kurt Cobain was the fourth and correct answer.
